Should I Stay or Should I Go? Reaching Dads for Families – facilitated by David Frett, director, Dare2Dad, Lynchburg, Virginia
Society has dumbed down the significance of fatherhood, specifically dads. Today they feel lost, forgotten, or just plain ignored. Additionally, they’re often isolated, sometimes because of their own decisions or because
others don’t reach out. What does the Bible say about our role to reach the neglected and how can we reach dads to equip, encourage, & empower them to confidently walk out their role of leadership within their family? Join us as we tackle this challenge.
Community Connections – facilitated by Dean Miller, Impact Missions Coordinator of the BGAV
Come and share a dialog about how your congregation can make better missional connections with your community in meaningful & life changing ways. Practical guidelines for making these connections as well as dialogue about what works (and what doesn’t) will be shared throughout the session.
ising the Bar of Your Church’s Deacon Ministry – facilitated by Tom Stocks, Field Strategist for the Southside Region of the BGAV
Let’s have a conversation around expectations that are conscious, spoken, attainable, and agreed upon so that we can become better leaders. Our churches expect spiritual leadership from us…what are some priorities that should be outstanding?
