Is Your Church Lost on the Trail? (9:30 session only)

A healthy church not only has good people but also has a strong dream and vision for where it needs to go. In our session we will rediscover some Biblical visionary leadership tools along with a modern-day story in how to go forward with the mission that God has called your church to do in your mission field.

One of the core components of faith formation in any Christian’s life is prayer. It is especially essential to the Christian leader. We pray as we were taught to pray, but there are many ways to pray that we may never have learned or seen modeled. We will examine and practice some of these prayer styles in this session. We will also explore options for sharing these types of prayers in our faith community (worship, meetings, Bible studies, etc.)

The old trail of a church’s ministry to children and youth has changed! The landscape looks drastically different now! In our time together you will come away with some tried and true foundations to build on and resources to help sustain these young lives on their Christian journey along with those adults who nurture them along the way.
